Schedule A Service Call
I charge a minimum service call fee of *$65 for the first hour and $40 each additional hour for labor. Payment is due in full at the end of each service call for residential customers. Cash and checks accepted.
Commercial and government agencies may be invoiced for services.
Hours : Mon - Sat 9 to 5 CST
*Outside the local Chipley area an additional travel fee will be added - please call for a quote. Weekend and special emergency repairs additional.
Why On-Site Computer Repair Saves You Time And Money
By providing on-site service only, I don't have the extra burden of paying rent on a commercial building which means that I can pass this cost savings on to my customers. In addition, without the overhead expenses, my on-site services fees are actually lower than most of my competitors bench fees -- and you don't have to hassle with unhooking everything to carry it in. Last, all replacement parts are always sold at cost to the customer.
Can I Drop Off My Computer?
Sorry, I only provide on-site service or pickup and delivery. I do not accept computer drop-offs or walk-ins.
